Can I pause my membership?
Yes — every plan allows one free pause of up to 30 days per year for travel or injury.
What if I've never lifted before?
That's most of our Starter members. Your first session is a guided assessment, not a test.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
